A 45-minute video call where we review your operation, identify 2 or 3 clear digitization or automation opportunities and tell you what we would do first and why. No strings attached.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Most of our clients are small and mid-sized businesses: medical practices, pharmacies, restaurants, distributors and professional firms. The plan is sized to your real budget.
Does the consulting engagement require me to build with you?
No. The roadmap is yours: you can implement it with your own team or other vendors. Many clients choose us for implementation because we already know their operation, but it is your call.
How do you charge for consulting?
After the free session, if there is value we can add, we propose a fixed-scope package (not open-ended hours), with clear deliverables and dates.
